GV II

Pair of houses. Circa 1925-33. Buckland and Heywood. Red brick in Flemish bond,
hanging tiles to first floor, central band. Hipped dark red plain tiled roof.
Central and right and left external stacks, the external stack with small stone
offsets. 2 storeys. 6-window range, those to first floor small paned vertically
sliding horned sashes, the outer window to each house of 4 x 4 panes, the central
window of 3 x 4 panes. Angled bays to ground floor left and right, with horned
sashes with glazing bars. Two central tripartite sashes with glazing bars, moulded
surrounds. Central to each house, to 2nd and 5th bays, doors of 6 raised and
fielded panels, moulded surrounds, flat canopies on fluted brackets. Attached walls
to left and right linking to adjoining staff accommodation, to left terminating
in garage.
