Built on to north of gatehouse in 1831 in red brick early C16 style. 2
storeys and attics, roof is tiled, cross wing added north end 1841. West
front has 6 gables - 2 larger ones north and south and 4 smaller ones. All
the way round, a brick cornice of trefoiled cusping. Windows 1 : 4 : 1
square-headed with moulded brick labels. Interior said to have dining room
with good Adam fireplace and Grinling Gibbons carving (from old rectory) and a
picture by Canaletto circa 1750. NMR photos.
