Opened in 1863, yellow brick 5-day hall with cast iron central shafts
and arched recessed windows with glazing bars radial at head.
Generally symmetrical lower. 1 storey range adjoining west with 2 storeys
added residence north-west. Hall has end chimneys and an arched window each
side in gable. Slate roofs. 2 arched entrances with 4-panel doors and
fanlights with glazing bars. Band at springing.
