A C15 hall house, altered in the C16 and later, with exposed timber-framing
and plaster infil. The ground storey has brick nogging. 2 storeys.
C20 windows set in framing. Roof tiled, with a central chimney stack.
At the north end there is a large external chimney stack with tabled offsets
and 2 small square shafts set diagonally. The interior has a fine carved
hearth beam and exposed timber-framing ceiling beams and joists.
