A C16-C17 timber-framed and plastered house built on an L shaped plan
with wings extending to the south-west and south-east. Now 2 tenements.
4 window range on the north-west front and 2 window range on the north-east
front. The windows are double-hung sashes some with glazing bars. The
upper storey is partly jettied on the north-west and north-east fronts
and there is a moulded and carved bressummer (worn). The south-west and
south-east fronts are underbuilt. Gabled porches with modern 6-panel
doors project on the fronts. The north-east front has 2 original mullioned
windows with moulded mullions. The interior has good moulded beams and
joists and the main beams are carved. There is also a good carved dragon
beam. Roofs tiled, hipped.
