A C17 timber-framed and plastered house with a cross wing at the south-east
end. The gable of the cross wing is jettied on a bressummer carved with
vine pattern, the date 1670 and initials D C. 2 storeys. 3 window range,
double-hung sashes mainly with glazing bars. The windows in the ground
and 1st storeys of the cross wing are 3-light. The main block is refaced
in brick, colourwashed. Roof tiled, with a good original chimney stack
with 3 octagonal shafts with star caps and moulded bases on a rectangular
base.
