A timber-framed house of medieval origin, altered in the C16 and later
and much renovated in the C20. Boshula is faced in cement and has C20
pantiles on the roof with 1 gabled dormer. Peartree Cottage is weatherboarded
has a thatched roof with 2 sloping roofed dormers (C20). 1 storey
with attics. 4 window range, small casements. There is 1 central chimney
stack.
