(Formerly listed as Cottage occupied by Mr P Tebbit approximately 34 yards south of Brookside)

A C17-C18 timber-framed and plastered cottage standing at right angles to the road, with a C19 timber-framed and plastered addition built on to the west end, with a frontage to the road. The cottage has one storey and attics and the addition has two storeys. The cottage has small casements and the addition has some casements and some double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The cottage has a thatched roof with one gabled dormer and the addition has slate. Renovated in the C20.
