Little Waldingfield
The Priory
TL 9245 22/348 10.1.53.

A late C18 house built on the site of a Priory of which a brick groin
vaulted crypt remains. The front block of the house is painted brick.
2 storeys. 3 window range, double-hung sashes with glazing bars on the
lst storey and C19 canted bays on the ground storey. There is a central
doorway with panelled reveals, fluted half columns and a cornice. Roofs
tiled (old tiles), with a central and end chimney stacks.
