A C16 red brick conduit built at the same time as Melford Hall standing
130m due north of the Entrance gate and Lodges of Melford Hall. Square
on plan with octagonal corner buttresses with capped octagonal turrets.
Each front has a truncated gable. The north, south and west sides have
wide 4-centred arched openings (blocked). The east side has 2 arched
openings (1 blocked). The upper part of the building was restored in
the C19 (AM).
