A late C19 red brick house of similar period to the frontage of Red House
and Cocoanut House which is dated 1881. 3 storeys. 3 window range, double-hung
sashes without glazing bars in moulded reveals and ornamental pierced
brick segmental arched heads. The sills project on stub brackets. The
outer windows on the ground and 1st storeys are 3-light, with narrow outer
lights. A central 6-panel door with a segmental fanlight has ornamental
pierced brick arch soffit similar to the window lintels. Raised brick
bands extend across the front between the storeys. Roof tiled, gabled
on the north and south ends, with ornamental shaped and pierced bargeboards.
