A late C18 or early C19 stuccoed house with a splayed and curved corner
on Mill Street. 2 storeys. 2 window range on Bear Street and 1 window
range on Mill Street. A raised band extends across the whole front between
the storeys. There are end pilasters and a pilaster at the corner. The
windows are double-hung sashes with glazing bars, in shallow reveals.
At the east end facing Mill Street there is a small C19 former shop window.
There are 2 doorways, one has a heavy plain stucco surround with a cornice.
Roof tiled (old tiles).
