A C16-C17 timber-framed and plastered building with a cross wing at the
south end. Later additions extend to the west, at the south end a small
single storey wing ith a hipped roof and at the north end a larger 2 storey
wing with a half hipped roof. 2 storeys and cellars. The windows generally
are double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The main block has 3 window
range. Roofs tiled, with a large central square chimney stack. The building
was renovated and the interior modernised and altered in the C20. Some
original exposed beams and joists remain.
