Farmhouse, probably C16 or early C17 and in two main stages. Timber-framed and
plastered; there are substantial fragments of C18 bolection-moulded plaster
panels at the upper level. Much ground storey walling was underbuilt in C19
in flint rubble with brick quoins, now painted. Plaintiled roofs with two
axial chimneys of red brick; a gabled casement dormer. 2 storeys and attics.
C19/C20 small-pane casements. C19 boarded entrance door. Two main ranges are
joined end-to-end, of which the westernmost range with a lower eavesline may
be the earlier. A rear wing of 2 storeys may also be of C17 or earlier.
