House, early C17. Timber-framed and plastered. Thatched roof with end
chimneys; that at the south end is scratch-dated 1746, the other is C19. 2-
cell end-chimney plan. 2 storeys. Small-pane casements of C19 and C20.
Boarded entrance door. Well-exposed framing throughout. The first floor
structure was remodelled and partly raised in C18, with most joists renewed.
Complete wind-braced clasped-purlin roof. Arch-braced studwork.
