Barn, 1769 as carved on post-head inside entrance. 3 bays. Timber-framed and
weatherboarded. Half-hipped pantiled roof. A set of 4 boarded barn doors in
the centre bay, south side. The principal posts have well-carved jowls with
cyma offsets; the tie-beams once had long arch-braces at the open trusses, 3
of which were replaced by knees in C19. Primary braced studwork. 2 tiers of
butt purlins in each roof slope; intermediate principal rafters at mid-bay
positions. Included as a good example of a small dated mid C18 barn.
