TM 15 NW
5/120 Little Thatch and Linden
-
- II

Two houses; built as one 3-cell house, probably in C17 or earlier. (The
plaster date in the right hand gable, 1722, may relate to the original
structure but more likely to a modernization of that date). One storey and
attics. Timber framed and plastered. Thatched roof with eyebrow casement
dormers and an axial C17 chimney of narrow gault bricks, recapped C19 in red
brick. C20 casements. Boarded C19 entrance doors; at Linden is a gabled open
porch on posts. Interior not examined.
