House, latterly with a shop. Mid C19. Colourwashed brick, slate roof. 2
bays. 2 storeys. A boarded door to right of centre. 3-light glazing bar
casements, that to left replacing a large shop window, ground floor segmental
heads, first floor leaded lights to left, metal frames to right. Boarded
eaves. Right end internal stack. Left end attached to The Old House (q.v.).
To rear a C20 lean-to addition. Interior not inspected. Included for group
value.
