House, latterly 2 dwellings. c.1600, altered C20. Timber frame, plastered. Thatched roof. Small 3 cell cross passage plan. 1 storey and attic. Original entrance to left of centre is blocked and replaced by a window, towards right end a C20 thatched gabled porch, 1,2 and 3-light glazing bar casements with hoodboards, three 2 and 3-light gabled dormers. Axial ridge stack to right of centre between hall and parlour. Left gable end has original brackets to exposed plates, attic 2-light casement, exposed purlins clasped by a cambered collar. Right gable end 3-light casements, pentice board, exposed plates and purlins. To rear left a boarded cross passage door, to rear right a brick and pantiled lean-to addition. Interior: close studding, pantry and buttery service rooms, stop chamfered axial binding beam in hall, reverse curved windbraces in clasped purlin roof.
