House. Mid C17, altered C20. Timber frame, plastered. Thatched roof. Small
2 cells. 1 storey and attic. Central glazed door with flanking 2-light
casements all with hoodboards, 2 and 3-light eyebrow thatched dormers. Left
end ridge stack, originally external and tapering to front, now internal,
renewed exposed purlins. Right end C20 casements, renewed purlins. To rear
glazing bar casements and a 3-light eyebrow thatched dormer, an entrance into
a C20 link to a 1 storey addition. Interior: exposed framing with some
alterations, chamfered axial binding beam and fireplace bressumer, reverse
curved bracing in end walls, chamfered doorway, central tie beam originally
cut by doorway, restored mullioned window openings.
