Farmhouse, C16 and late C17. 2 storeys. Timber-framed and plastered with C19
herringbone pargetting in panels. Hipped plaintiled roof with axial chimney
of red brick, the shaft rebuilt in c.1980; 2 external chimneys of C19 and C20.
3-light late C19 casements, those at ground storey with transomes. Gabled
late C19 entrance porch with C20 glazed and boarded door in C19 frame with
pediment. Some unmoulded framing of mid C16 type in main range; the parlour
cell is possibly later; it has a blocked diamond mullioned window. Rear
service range added late C17 or early C18.
