Barn, late C18. 7 bays; an additional bay containing stabling, at both ends;
at the west end is a loft above the stable, open into the barn. Timber-framed
and weatherboarded on a high plinth of red brick. flipped pantiled roof once
thatched. An original hipped porch at centre of north wall; flanking outshuts
are slightly later. Mainly oak framing, much of it reused: primary-braced
studwork; knee-braced tie-beams at the entrance bay (other bays are designed
with knee-braced high collars, omitting tie-beams). Sets of boarded barn and
stable doors.
