7/122 Charity Farmhouse

Farmhouse, C18. 1 storey and attics. Timber-framed and plastered. Thatched
roof with axial C18 chimney of red brick and a gable chimney with C20 rebuilt
shaft to right. C18 thatched gabled casement dormers. C19 small-pane
casements. Two C19 boarded entrance doors. Typical framing with primary-
braced studwork, joists square or set on edge, and clasped purlin roof. Much
reused oak timber.
