House; built in 2 stages, early and late C17. 2 storeys, and 1 storey with
attics. 3-cell lobby-entrance plan. Timber-framed and plastered. Thatched
roof with axial chimney of plastered red brick. C19 and C20 small-pane
casements. Boarded and battened door in leanto plaintiled C20 entrance porch.
Fully exposed unmoulded framing; the lower section is of slightly later
workmanship. Back-to-back lintelled open fireplaces in hall and parlour.
Clasped-purlin roof.
