Barn. C16 and C17. Timber framed, part weatherboarded, the upper part of the
walls plastered. Roof of corrugated iron sheeting. In 2 main sections: to
the east a C16 3-bay range, with an addition of one shorter bay at the east
end, perhaps for stables. To the west, at a slight angle and divided by the
C16 end wall, a 4-bay early C17 range. The framing of both sections is
largely intact. Queen-post roof to C16 range, one row of clasped purlins to
the 4-bay addition. The whole of the south wall has later brick infilling
between the studs.
