Farmhouse. In 2 main sections: C15 to left, late C16/early C17 parlour
addition to right. To the left a mid C20 addition set forward. Timber framed
and plastered. Pantiled roof with black tiles to the front. 1 1/2 storeys to
left, 2 storeys and attic to right. Windows mainly mid C20 casements; in the
medieval range the upper portion of the original hall window is exposed, with
cavetto mullions. One gabled dormer. The later section has a lobby entrance:
C19 door with 6 bolection-moulded panels, open gabled porch on timber posts.
Internal stack in later section, at the junction of the 2 ranges. The earlier
range contains a 2-bay former open hall with an intact queen-post roof.
