Barn 10m south-east of Mill Lane Farmhouse

Barn. Late C16. Timber framed, clad in corrugated iron and weatherboards;
corrugated iron roof. 4 bays, the southernmost bay originally floored over
and used as stabling, with an original loft window still in place. Cart
entrance in second bay from north, with a later gabled porch to the west. Oak
studding, largely intact. Most of the arched braces of the open trusses have
been replaced by knees. Queen-post roof. Brick threshing floor to entrance
bay.
