Farmhouse. C16; extended a short way to left (service end) in C19. Timber
framed and plastered, with colourwashed brick where extended. Roof plaintiled
to front and pantiled to rear. 2 storeys. 3-cell, lobby entry type. 4
windows, mid C20 casements. Gabled plastered entrance porch, the doorway
removed and replaced by a window. Internal stack with inset oblong panel in
base, the upper part of shaft C19. Gable stack to left. Mid C20 door at
rear. Modernised interior with most of structure concealed. In the hall, a
heavy bridging beam with barred stop-chamfer and one bay of chamfered joists.
