Farmhouse. A C16 range in 2 phases. Timber framed and plastered with
colourwashed brick gable end to left. Roof plaintiled to front and pantiled
to rear. 2 storeys and attic. 2-cell, lobby entry type. 2 windows, C18
small-paned casements. Later, perhaps C17, plastered 2-storey porch with C20
door. Internal stack with plain shaft, mostly rebuilt in C19 white brick.
Well restored interior. Exposed chamfered joists throughout. Newel stairs,
the attic flight with an early door. One first floor room has an C18 cornice
brought from elsewhere, with dentils and egg-and-dart ornament.
