A pair of dwellings. Early C18, extended C19. Timber frame, extended in clay
lump, plastered. Thatched roof with pantiles on additions. 2 broad cells with
central stack. 1 storey and attic. Entrances with boarded doors at outer
ends, 2 light glazing bar casements with hoodboards, three 2-light dormers, 2
with gabled heads, 1 eyebrow thatched, rebuilt axial ridge stack. To left a
C19 2 storey bay with 2-light casements, external end stack in a lean-to
outshut. To rear a lean-to outshut addition and a C20 flat roofed addition.
Interior: The Willows has frame of small scantling, largely concealed, Lilac
Cottage not inspected.
