- The Manor House

GV II

Sundial in C19 landscaped garden to the Manor House (q.v.). C18 and C19
Ashlar. An C18 classical stem and a C19 Gothic finial. All octagonal. Moulded
base, bellied lower section of stem has acanthus relief, sundial fixed to
south on necking, masks to C19 cornice projecting to brattished base of spire
finial, foiled relief faces between roll mouldings, crocketed head. Included
for group value.
