- Rookery Farm

GV II

Barn, late C16 or early C17. 4 bays. Timber-framed and weatherboarded.
Pantiled roof, once thatched. Opposing boarded barn doors at 2nd bay from the
north-east. Good complete arch studbraced studding. Tiebeams at open trusses
retain several archbraces. Bays 3 and 4 from the north-east are narrower than
the other two, for no obvious reason. Roof rebuilt to original pitch in C19.
