House, late C18. Red brick, the front elevation now painted; a band at 1st
floor and a wooden dentilled eaves cornice. Plaintiled roof with end chimneys
of red brick. 2 storeys. 3 windows. Late C18 small-pane sashes, those at
ground storey with cambered heads of gauged brick. 6-panelled entrance door,
with the upper pair of panels glazed. Limestone entablature of unusual design
with a segmental cornice and flat pilasters with scrolled brackets; a carved
fan is beneath the cornice.
