House and attached barn, 150m south west of Dagworth Hall

GV II

House, C17 or earlier. One storey and attics. 3-cell lobby-entrance plan. Timber-framed and pebble dashed. Thatched roof; one C19 pantiled gabled dormer with ogee-cusped bargeboards. Axial chimney, the shaft rebuilt in C19 red brick. A C19 small-pane casement and boarded door at lobby entrance position. Interior not examined. Attached and slightly set-forward to right is an outbuilding of about 3 bays, possibly a barn. Timber-framed; mainly weatherboarded, with some earlier tarred plaster. Corrugated iron roof, once thatched.
