House, mid C17. 3-cell lobby-entrance plan. One storey and attics. Timber-
framed and plastered. Thatched roof with eyebrow casement dormers, one
possibly original, C20 casements with leaded glazing. An axial chimney, the
shaft rebuilt in C20 red brick. Mainly C20 casements; in the left-hand gable
is a late C17 or early C18 casement. C20 entrance porch with boarded door.
Complete C17 framing: primary-braced studwork and on-edge floor joists. To
right is a slightly later block of similar construction, probably a bakehouse
or kitchen.
