Farmhouse. Built in 3 main stages: a 2-cell hall range of one storey and
attics, early C17 or earlier; a parlour block to right added in C17; and a
rear wing of 2 storeys and 2 windows probably of C19. Timber-framed and
plastered. Pantiled roof, once thatched, with 2 C19 gabled casement dormers.
Two C19 axial chimneys of gault brick in rear wing. C19 small-pane sashes.
C19 panelled door at lobby-entrance position: a C19 gabled slated porch,
cantilevered, with pierced bargeboards and spike finial. Interior not
examined.
