House. C17 with mid C19 facade. Timber framed, the front faced in red brick,
the remainder roughcast-rendered. Pantiled roof. 1 1/2 storeys. 2-cell, lobby
entry type. 2 windows, C19 3-light casements under cambered arches. Brick
hoodmoulds. Mid C20 gabled porch with glazed door in 2 leaves. 2 gabled
dormers. Internal stack with original oblong shaft. Later addition to left
with a large single-pane mid C20 window. Plain joists in ground floor rooms,
all set flat. Some plain studding exposed in one upstairs room. Newel
stairs.
