House. Circa 1800. Timber framed and rendered, hipped roof of clay pantiles.
2 storeys. 2-cell lobby entrance plan with symmetrical facade. 2 small-paned
sashes with glazing bars to each floor, 4 panes wide on ground floor, 3 panes
wide on first floor, in cased frames with shallow-moulded reveals.
Rectangular doorcase with roll-moulded jambs, plain architrave and paterae at
the corners; 6-panel door with reeded surrounds to the plain flush panels.
Internal stack with plain red brick shaft, set across the roof ridge. 1 1/2-
storey lean-to along rear, rendered and slated. The house is set well back
from the road and faces away from it.
