GV II

Barn, mid or late C16. Narrow red bricks in English bond: buttresses at the
corners of both long walls and an inset pair at the south gable. A splayed
plinth and an offset at mid-height. Roman pantiled C19 roof. 3 bays: an
original brick porch at centre of west side, lowered and given a lean-to roof
in C19. Chamfered ventilation loops with broad inner splays, along side walls
and gable ends at two levels. Tiebeams remain from original 5-bay roof,
remainder of roof rebuilt at lower pitch in C19.
