TL 96 NE STOWLANGTOFT THE STREET

House, probably early C17. One storey and attics. 2-cell end-chimney plan.
Timber framed and plastered on a flint and red brick footing. Asbestos-slated
roof, once thatched: bargeboards with undulating soffits. At the rear gable
is a large external chimney of C17 narrow red bricks and at the front an early
C19 chimney of red brick, the lower half painted. A mid C20 flat-roofed
casement dormer. Various C20 casements and flat-roofed entrance porch of red
brick.
