House. Probably C18 origins, altered and extended to rear (west) c.1800 to
make L-shape plan. Renovated early 1980's. Timber framed, random-pattern
render of c.1980. Thatched roof. 1½-storey front block, one storey to rear.
Front block has 2 mid C20 casement windows. The roof has a mansard form.
Rear wing has south-facing verandah, carried round the gable end, the
overhanging roof supported on rustic timber posts. 2 sash windows with
glazing bars and paired louvred shutters. Between the windows is a half-
glazed door. Each wing has an internal ridge stack. One of a pair of houses,
similar but not identical, on opposite sides of the road; the other is not of
special interest.
