House. Early-mid C17. Timber framed, smooth render, thatched roof. 2
storeys. 3-cell form. Mid C20 standard small-paned casements. Mid C20 half-
glazed entrance door and gabled open porch. To north is an old lean-to
addition, the roof carried down over it, with a further mid C20 door in the
end wall. Internal stack with plain red brick shaft, the lower part original.
Plain studding, quite widely-spaced, is exposed internally with braces on the
outside. Evidence for first floor diamond-mullioned windows. Plain joists,
set flat, in hall and parlour. Newel stair. Roof has a single row of clasped
purlins.
