House. Mid C18. T-shape plan with wing to rear. Timber framed, plastered in
panels. Roof plaintiled to front and pantiled to rear. 2 storeys. 4
windows, various casements. The upper floor has 2-light windows without
glazing bars, symmetrically arranged. Ground floor has 2 canted bays, an old
3-light window with transom to left and a C20 mullioned window to right.
Central 2-storey gabled porch of rendered brick with clasping corner
buttresses: C19 half-glazed 4-panel door, semi-circular headed upper window
and lancet windows in the sides. A further doorway to right with half-glazed
4-panel door. Central stack with heavy axial shaft. Interior. Primary-
braced studding, some timbers re-used. One room has re-used joists set flat.
