3/110 Royal Oak House


House, formerly a public house and 2 cottages. Early C19. Timber-framed, C20
rendering with incised panels; an oak tree in high relief, coloured, on the
centre front: double roman tiles. 2 storeys. 2 internal chimney-stacks with
plain shafts of old red brick. 4 3-light casement-windows to the upper floor
with 2 horizontal bars to lights; one small single-light window with cross
glazing bars. 5 casement windows to the ground floor, all 3-light, 2 with a
single bar to lights, the remainder with 3 horizontal bars. A simple plank
door up a flight of brick steps and a further entrance door in the left gable
end. Included for Group Value.
