Farmhouse. Early C17 with C19 rear wing. Timber framed and plastered, with
remains of ropework pargetting on the facade; colourwashed brick to right hand
gable end. Pantiled roof. 2 storeys and attic. 3 cell form. Small-paned
casement windows, mainly mid C20. Lobby entrance with early C19 colourwashed
brick porch: 6-panel door and pointed-arch fanlight with Y tracery. Heavy
internal stack and a smaller stack, also internal, to the left. Interior with
some exposed framing and joists; the 2 main rooms on both floors have ovolo-
moulded floor beams with additional moulding to the soffits. Newel stairs to
first floor.
