Farmhouse. C17. Timber framed, modern textured render, thatched roof. 2
storeys and attic. 3 cell form, the left hand (parlour) cell added later, the
eaves being at a slightly higher level. Various windows, with C20 casements
to the facade. The doorway is now at the rear. Heavy internal stack. Mid
C20 pantiled addition to right. Attached to the rear is a small thatched
outbuilding, perhaps also C17: this was originally timber framed but has been
rebuilt in C19 brick. The interior of the house has some framing exposed on
the first floor; some original floorboarding; newel stairs.
