Originally one house, now 2 cottages. C17 core, mid-late C19 facade. Timber
framed core, entirely encased in C19 red brick with a brick dentil eaves
cornice; pantiled roof with glazed black tiles to the front. 2 storeys and
attic. 2 cell form. 3 windows, mid-late C19 large-paned sashes in flush
frames, flat brick arches. 2 mid C20 doors. 2 catslide dormers. Internal
stack. No. 30 has some exposed C17 framing and joists.
