Stables and coach houses to Sotterley Hall, attached to the rear of the north
wing of the house. Circa 1840. Red brick, with rusticated quoins to match
the Hall; roof of glazed black pantiles. Mainly single storey, part with a
loft. Arranged to form a quadrangle, with all the main openings facing
inwards to the courtyard. Segmental-arched carriageway entrance from the
north, set forward and pedimented, with panelled doors. Inside the courtyard
are 2 carriage houses with original doors, various 6-panel and boarded doors
with arched fanlights and 3-light windows with 3-centre arched heads.
