House. Circa early C19. Red brick in Flemish bond. Black-glazed
pantile roof with tile coped gable ends, dentil eaves and moulded
cast-iron gutters. Brick axial stacks. Plan: Double depth plan
with 2 principal front rooms, central entrance and 2-storey
integral outshut at the back; the right-hand part of the outshut
may be an addition. Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window
front. C19 16-pane sashes (centre first floor 12-pane sash) in
exposed boxes; ground floor openings have rubbed flat brick
arches, and the lower sashes have missing glazing bars. Central
doorway with original wooden pilastered doorcase with enriched
entablature, small canopy, panelled reveals and panelled door,
the top panels glazed. Interior: not inspected.
