GV II

Barn. Late C16/early C17. Timber-framed, part with old render, part with C20
weatherboarding; clay pantiles. A C19 red brick extension on the east end.
Interior in 4 bays, with the eastern bay partitioned-off from the outset and
ceiled, to provide a stable and hayloft. Full height studs; arched braces at
the corners. Trusses with long arched braces still in situ. Roof in 4 bays
corresponding to wall-bays: 2 rows of unstepped butt purlins; windbraces.
